Diamond Shine Mohair

This is my very first work with the spinning wheel using the 100% mohair from the first shearing last fall.  If you are new to spinning, you can start with a drop spinner, which gives you a lot more control and it’s easier to stop and draft your fiber (all of these terms are on the “Dictionary of  Fiber and Spinning” page!). You can also start with batts that are a blend of wool and mohair, which can be easier to spin for us newbies.
